Research Project
Jeseth’s research focuses on achieving low-energy nitrogen removal through the application of a membrane aerated biofilm reactor. She is applying modeling and biomolecular approaches to evaluate the impact of sulfide on nitrogen removal in this system.

Low-energy nitrogen removal from wastewater, biofilm modeling, microbial competition and cooperation
